Star Blanket Update 2

I can hardly believe that I am really making a blanket, that I am working on such a big project! Usually I don't have the patience to work this long on one project....

Half of my stack of stars is surrounded with the natural color
from StoneWashedXL by Scheepjeswol now.
Then I was curious to see what they would look like sewn together.
Very beautiful don't you think?!
I'm kinda sad I have such little balls left of the colored yarn!

  3. The diamond grannys joined into stars and then used as the borders is brilliant. You are quilting with yarn. The yarn colors are fabulous also. All these things combined make this blanket stunning. Someone's room and bed is going to look so beautiful.

  8. Looking good. That sure is a lot of work, but being in small sections, it goes a lot faster than one big piece does. Such a good job and colors are stunning.
